Most of us, in at least one area of our life, are not where we desire to be. Regardless of what you want to achieve, or what area of your life you want to achieve it in, there is one critical thing you must do to create any success that you desire.
You have to start acting in ways that support your success. Start acting like you have already accomplished that which you desire.
What do I mean by this? I mean that you need to ask yourself “what do people who have achieved [insert your goal here] do to support their success?
Example: What do people who are in great physical shape do to support their success?
Do you think you would have better success getting in great physical shape by eating healthy and working out, or or by continuing to eat the way you have been? It would be crazy to say “I’ll start eating healthy and working out once I am in good shape” but many people approach other goals with that type of logic.
We all know that to get in good shape you need to take the actions that people in good shape take. They eat healthy and work out, if you want to have the same results that they have you have to start taking those same actions now.
Why would any other goal be any different? They aren’t. If you want to have success in area of your life, you need to do what successful people do!

I am not referring to the “fake it till you make it” mindset that some people have. That is focused on a false appearance of success without actually achieving it.
However, acting like you have already achieved your goal, in regards to your actions, allows you to support your desired success and therefor create it.
Do wealthy people pay themselves first (set aside a portion of their income before paying any bills) because they are wealthy, or are they wealthy because they pay themselves first?
Do physically fit people workout and eat healthy because they are so fit, or are they so fit because they eat healthy and workout?
In both cases the correct answer is the latter of the two. They have success because they take the correct actions.
If you want to have more success in any area of your life, make it a habit to copy the actions of the successful. Find what they are doing and do the same. Success leaves clues.
